 How often can I make contact with my tutor during my email based correspondence course?   Most students make contact with their teachers on a daily basis. Teachers will not respond to more than one email in 24 hours.

 How quickly will my tutor reply to my emails?   All email is answered within 24 hours.

 What are the lessons like?   They can be tailored to fit your own requirements. Some people choose to write an essay every day, others write a diary and send this to their teacher for assessment.

 Can I have lessons for specific purposes?   Yes, your lessons are created to match your individual needs. If you would like to work on your Business English; or prepare for examinations such as Cambridge FCE, CAE, CPE etc; or academic writing courses, we can help.

 Where do your teachers come from?   All of our teachers are native speakers of English. At present our team of teachers consists of qualified native speakers from England, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, the USA and Canada.

 What are the teachers qualifications?   All our tutors are experienced and qualified teachers of English, educated to at least MA level.

 Can I find out more about my tutor?   Yes. When you enrol you will be given a link to a webpage about your tutor, which includes a photograph. Because of the one-to-one nature of our courses you will learn more about your tutor throughout your course.

 How can I pay for my lessons?   You can pay through the PAYPAL online payment system, or if you prefer by bank transfer.

 If I pay the fee today, when can I start my lessons?   Once payment is received you will be assigned a tutor who will then make contact with you within 24 hours.

 Do I get any proof that I have studied with World English?   Yes, all students receive a certificate from our headquarters in England indicating their level of English, and the kind of course they studied.

 Can I speak to someone about my course before booking?   Of course! Our online lessons are administered by our school in Poland. Our office staff can be reached between 9am and 6pm (CET) on:
